Return And Refunds
We do not offer refunds based on past (unpleasant) experiences. However all returns will be processed as store credit. If your return is after 14 days, a 50% restocking fee will be applicable.
Store Credit Eligibility
Goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery, your request for refund will be declined after 14 days.
Items MUST be securely packaged and returned in their original form.
Do not return items without contacting us first.
Be sure to include return slips/labels with your package.
Gift Cards and Sale Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance, as these are final sales. Do not return, please.
Damaged, Defective or Erroneous Items.
If you receive a damaged defective or erroneous item(s), do not hesitate to contact us on all platforms within 2 days to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Cancellations
All orders – available and pre-order must be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. However, in some cases, making a cancellation request may not guarantee cancellation. A proocessed or shipped order can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping and Order Accuracy
Ensure your order and shipping details are accurate before payment. Once an order is made. it could be difficult to make changes. Use the size charts, read descriptions and apply sales or coupon codes where necessary before placing your order.
